Discussion papers

One arm. Paid work. A ledger.

Robotic GDP is the value of work a robot did that a customer paid for. It is not a fleet size, not a share of national output, and not a coin. The doctrine stays internal until a tax lawyer and an economist have reviewed it.

Economy, order of

$16 billion

Installed power

467 MW

Housing need, order of

150,000

dwellings a year

First 90 days

  1. Days 1–14

Send the DORRI draft to RCS training staff and the TVET Board.

Done when: A meeting date, or a written no.

  2. Days 1–30

Rent one construction arm in Kigali, or price the rental.

Done when: A quote in francs, with a day rate.

  3. Days 15–45

Find one builder with a permit and a task the arm can actually do.

Done when: A site, a task, a buyer.

  4. Days 45–90

Run the arm for a measured week. Log hours, faults, and power. Invoice the builder.

Done when: A paid invoice and a log.

Gate A is that paid invoice. If it does not exist at day 90, robotic GDP is zero and the blueprint stops. No second arm. No shop. No talk of a fleet.

The ledger

Kept in this browser only. Unpaid rows are notes. They are not GDP. A drawing of an arm is zero.

Robotic GDP

Zero

An arm billing the equivalent of $200 a day for 15 paid days is $3,000. Against about $16 billion, that is the point: real, and small.

Nothing posted. Idle hours stay off this page.

DORRI, beside workshops that exist

Diamond OS LLC asks the Rwanda Correctional Service and the Rwanda TVET Board to look at an add-on to training already running in Nyarugenge, Rubavu, Huye, Nyanza, and Rwamagana. No Rwandan entity exists yet. No workshop has been assigned. Earlier pages that placed this in Washington are withdrawn.

  • Track A

    Robotic maintenance

Run and service one rented construction arm: block course, rebar cage, or slab.

A site that already has a buyer and a permit. That site does not exist yet.

  • Track B

    Solar installation

DC circuits, panel mounting, a supervised install on a real roof or a training rig.

A Rwandan solar contractor. Installed power is about 467 MW, planned toward 1,066 by 2034.

  • Track C

    Circular materials

Sort PET and PP, shred, extrude filament, print practice parts.

A room and sorted plastic. It can start before Track A. Recycled filament is for training parts only.

Sixteen weeks. A passed piece of work and a written inspection, not attendance.

The seat, if any, is priced in francs and agreed before a cohort starts. The SEAP figure of about $1,400 a student, and a headcount of 63, is a school-side reference. It is not a DORRI rate and not a DORRI headcount. Equity is a written share after release, only if the person wants it and the law allows the company. A share in a company with no invoice is paper, not pay.

Not asked: a mint, a coin, a virtual-asset licence, a new prison, a national fleet, a US federal grant, or a share of GDP.

The housing letter

On 2 October 2026 the Ministry reported handover of newly built houses across Ngororero, Muhanga, Rutsiro, Nyabihu, Karongi, Burera, and Rubavu: 3,059 new homes, 5,096 constructed or rehabilitated under a World Bank emergency component. The 12 October letter asks MINEMA, copied to RHA, for one house type’s drawings, bill of quantities, materials spec, and quality findings.

No printer is in Rwanda. No contract is sought. If a reply comes, the next document is a one-page comparison against those drawings, not a proposal. Do not attach the lithography draft, the MLSP papers, or a machine catalog.

Two rules that do not move

  • The citizen fund, if it is ever proposed, does not print money. It only redistributes income robots have already earned.
  • Only the National Bank of Rwanda issues currency. Dividends, if any, are francs. MLSP is not the dividend and not required for the doctrine.
